Before Returning Your Goods
Before initiating a return, please ensure you obtain proper authorization from our team. You can contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to return your purchased items. At Simply Tables and Chairs, we offer a flexible return policy:
Goods can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition (to be determined in the Supplier’s absolute discretion).
The buyer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the goods to us. Any costs related to the original delivery to the buyer will not be refunded.
Made to Order Items
Please be aware that any items designated as ‘made to order’ are not eligible for return. These items are specially crafted to your specifications and cannot be refunded.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We take great care in ensuring that your goods reach you in excellent condition. However, if you receive damaged items, please note the following:
All damages must be reported within 48 hours. We cannot entertain damage claims outside of this time frame.
Returns for goods delivered to you damaged may not be entertained if the delivery was signed for as received in good condition. To protect your interests, please sign for goods as ‘unchecked’ or inspect goods with the courier present.
We highly recommend that you wrap the returned product securely to prevent any damage during transit. Proper packaging is essential to ensure the safe return of your items.
Liability for Safe Return
Please be aware that the responsibility for the safe return of the goods lies with you, our valued customer. If the returned goods are not adequately packaged and we receive them in a damaged condition, we may not be able to issue a refund under any circumstances.
To expedite the process, we encourage you to provide photographic proof of any damage via email. This will serve as sufficient evidence of the condition of the returned items.
Only after we have received and inspected the returned goods, deeming them to be in a refundable condition, will we proceed to issue a refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to process refunds promptly once the inspection is complete.
